People With A Message Production Filmworks & etc. is looking to give an opportunity to Children and Adult Filmmakers to get exposure and win Cash Prizes for their Independent Films. Also we would like to give Hip Hop Artists a chance to have their videos showcased and if eligible compete in the film contest as well .

August 12-14th The Dallas Black Film Festival will be celebrating nine years of excellent films by independent Filmmakers all over the World.
